A huge park to the north of London which is high accessible https://citymapper.com/london?set_region=uk-london
A beautiful place for a walk and to view London.
Greenwich is well worth the trip out and does not take long to get to. It has stunning views over London and you can visit the home of 'time' and the Royal Observatory with the planetarium.
One of London's most scenic panoramic views. Voted best view in a survey by Haddonstone. You can see everything from the London Eye to Canary Wharf. The sunsets from here are very romantic. It's been an opens space since 1842 and is a grade II listed park. It also has protected views. There are 13 protected views of St Pauls which prevents buildings from obscuring the view of St Pauls and Primrose Hill has 2 of them.
Located at Monument tube station on the north side of London Bridge. You can climb this free standing column, the tallest in the world. Remember there is no lift here and you have to come down too. But it is well worth the view.
Entry 9.30-13.00 and 14.00 to 17.30 (last entry) £6
This is the view to the east from of the top of Tower Bridge.
You are able to purchase tickets and take the lift to the top of Tower Bridge and then walk between the 2 towers across the Thames. It has beautiful views both of the City and Westminster. The tickets also allow you to read about the history of the bridge and how it was constructed, why it had to be shut a few years after opening and the bus which leapt the gap as it was opening. Fascinating stuff.
360 views and a multimedia exhibition with a chimney lift ascent to the view point 109 metres up.
Various tickets available with added extras and flexible times.
